"The cards looked legit to me..."
The cards looked legit to me — printing and feel seemed right, so no issues there. But one of them had more edge wear than I expected based on the listing photos, which was kind of annoying. I reached out to support and they did respond, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. Overall it wasn’t a bad order, just not exactly perfect. I’d maybe buy again, but probably only for cheaper cards.

"Looks decent, but I’m not fully sold yet"
It looks okay overall, but I’m still not totally sure how I feel about it. Compared to similar ones I’ve tried before, this seems fine so far, just not something I’d call a clear favorite yet...

"Rewards don’t feel worth it"
I’ve been a loyal customer, but the rewards program feels useless. The points barely add up to anything, and when I reached out about it, it kind of felt like nobody actually read my message. Just doesn’t feel very customer-friendly.

Not gonna lie, the customer service was just okay. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just nothing too impressive

"Stuff was out of stock"
I was trying to pick up a few things, but a bunch of items are unavailable or was gone before I even got to checkout. The site itself is easy enough to look around, but the stock just felt really low compared to what I thought they’d have. I might check back later, but this time it was frustrating.

"Showed up fast, but condition was just okay"
I ordered a game and it got here quickly, which was nice because I didn’t have the energy to deal with a long wait. The case was a little more worn than I expected and the disc had some light scratches, but it does still work fine. I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I was hoping it would just be a simple, clean purchase with no second-guessing. It’s not terrible, just not quite as nice as I thought it would be. I’d maybe buy again if the condition was described a bit more clearly.

"Cards showed up damaged, plus the reminders were too much"
I ordered some cards from deckoutgaming.ca and the packaging was disappointing. It came in a thin mailer with barely any protection, and the box inside had one corner completely crushed. A couple of the sleeves were bent too, so even if everything was fine when they packed it, it definitely didn’t arrive that way. On top of that, the follow-up reminders to review/order again felt really aggressive, which just made the whole experience more annoying. Not very happy with this order

"Refund process was such a hassle"
Returning my order was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The refund took longer than I expected, and instead of getting clear updates, I had to keep checking in myself. Isn’t that the kind of thing a customer shouldn’t have to chase down?

Maybe other people have had smoother experiences, who knows? But for me, it was just annoying from start to finish. If returns are handled this way, why would I feel confident ordering again?

"Preorder worked out, but updates were SLOW"
I preordered a game from here and it did arrive, so no major issues there. The only thing is the updates were slow, and I ended up checking in myself more than I expected. Not a bad shop at all, I just wish the preorder process felt a little more dependable and less like I had to keep chasing info

"Still Not Fixed"
I was really hoping they’d sort this out, but my issue still wasn’t actually fixed. The whole experience felt disappointing, and the way it was handled didn’t leave me feeling like they took it seriously.

"Pickup was okay, just a little slow"
Did local pickup for a game I ordered. Item was good. Price was fine too. But yeah, pickup took longer than I thought. Instructions weren’t super clear either. Not a bad experience. Just a bit clunky. Could be smoother next time.

I was able to find what I needed, so the site does its job, but the whole thing felt a bit clunky. Checkout was more confusing than it should’ve been, and there were a few vague promises along the way that didn’t really explain what I was actually getting or when. Not terrible, just kind of frustrating...

"Prices didn’t live up to the hype"
I checked out deckoutgaming.ca because I was hoping to grab a few cards, and from the way it’s presented, I expected the prices to be reasonable. But once I started browsing, it didn’t match that expectation.

A bunch of the cards looked more expensive than what I was seeing on other sites, which made it hard to justify placing an order. It’s frustrating when a shop gives off the impression that you’re getting a fair deal, but then the actual prices don’t really back that up.

I totally understand stores need to make a profit, but this just didn’t feel like good value to me. Maybe it works for other people, but I ended up leaving without buying anything.

"My order had the wrong cards"
I opened my order and the cards were not the ones I actually ordered, which was kind of a bad surprise. I contacted support, but it took a long time to hear back, so that was frustrating too. Not the best experience for me, honestly.
